David Grinston is the firm’s Principal and has over 40 years’ experience as a lawyer. He has worked in small, medium and large law firms and has also been the sole in-house Legal Counsel for Epson Australia (a major consumer electronics distributor), Citect Ltd (an industrial control software developer) and Mediasat Pty Ltd (a satellite transmission service provider). He has wide experience in commercial transactions and specialises in producing clear and concise agreements that are “user-friendly” for his clients.

David Grinston has also successfully worked as a trainer and presenter of legal topics to university and business school students. He takes a straight-forward and practical approach that has proven to be very effective in communicating complex legal topics to his students.
